GENERAL USAGE AND SERVICE TERMS:
ARTEMISA is an infrastructure operated on public funds. Only research, non-profit institutions are in principle entitled to use the platform. However, special agreements with profit organizations may be envisaged on a case by case basis.
- The username and password to access the ARTEMISA facilities are for personal use only and must not be shared.
- All data stored on disk will be removed one week after the project is completed.
- ARTEMISA is not responsible for user’s data. Users are encouraged to back up his/her own data.
- It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that the data stored in ARTEMISA fully complies with the European and Spanish regulations currently in force concerning privacy, ownership and any other private or Industrial rights.
- ARTEMISA requires that you mention the use of ARTEMISA facilities in your publications with the following sentence:
"The authors gratefully acknowledge the computer resources at Artemisa and the technical support provided by the Instituto de Fisica Corpuscular, IFIC(CSIC-UV). Artemisa is co-funded by the European Union through the 2014-2020 ERDF Operative Programme of Comunitat Valenciana, project IDIFEDER/2018/048."
- The user is aware that the usage of ARTEMISA resources is free of charge and no cost is liable to be endorsed with any legal implication.
- You authorize ARTEMISA to publish the subject of your research done using ARTEMISA facilities, unless a dedicated NDA is previously signed.
- For the purposes in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection Personal and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data provided in this form will be included in a database managed by the Instituto de Física Corpuscular. You can exercise your right to be removed at any time.
- Performance and usage metrics for your programs will be recorded and analyzed and can be published after being anonymized.
