The objective of the project is to advance in the integration of 3D models of the body in the development of digital products and applications, developing innovative tools that allow their 3D and / or 4D analysis for the clothing, health and wellness, audiovisual and orthopedic sectors, or any other sector that is interested in incorporating digital information from users.
For example, in the apparel sector it will allow progress in new concepts and designs, better adapted to the morphology, movements and activities of the users. These aspects are fundamental in technical clothing, but also the more fashion-oriented sector. On the other hand, the sale of online fashion advances in the creation of more realistic virtual fitting rooms with the movement of the user, improving the shopping experience and returns.
In the audiovisual sector, it will allow the realistic and robust integration of people in virtual environments, which is a growing demand in this sector. Meanwhile, it will allow advance in the use of tools to monitor and follow up on patients in the health and wellness sector.
Likewise, companies in the prosthetics and orthotics sector will benefit from being able to use digital tools to develop competitive personalized products and innovative services.
